Help for common organizer issues

Payment didn't go through

If checkout fails, the buyer should check GCash, Maya, card, or QR Ph details and try again. Typid confirms successful PayMongo payments instantly. There is no screenshot flow for online checkout.

  • Ask the buyer to retry with the same or a different method (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, or card).
  • On your Transactions tab, confirm whether an order appeared as Completed, or was cancelled / rejected.
  • If they paid outside Typid (bank transfer), use Add Buyer and set Payment Status to Complete once you confirm the payment. Manual sales do not add to withdrawable PayMongo balance.

Didn't receive ticket email

  1. Open Transactions, then View Details (Order Details).
  2. Confirm the order is Completed (pending orders do not send tickets).
  3. Click Resend Email. Toast: Ticket email sent to {email}.
  4. Ask the buyer to check spam and that the email on the order is correct.

Check-in isn't working

  • Allow camera permission, then tap Start Scanning.
  • If the QR will not read, use Search Attendee (download attendee data first).
  • If there is no signal, tap Download for Offline on Check-In Setup.
  • If you see This QR code does not belong to this event, open Scan QR for the correct event.
  • Volunteer links expire after 2 hours. Generate a new Share volunteer check-in QR (there is no revoke).

Payout is delayed

Ticket payments sit in Next payout until they clear into Total Balance every Thursday at 9:00AM Philippine Time. You can only withdraw Total Balance.

  • Confirm a payout method is saved (Bank Transfer, GCash, Maya, or InstaPay).
  • Open Withdrawal history. Pending or Processing means the request is in flight. Sent means it has been disbursed.
  • The request dialog says typically 1–3 business days after review. Amounts below ₱50,000 are usually instant once requested.
  • A ₱15 fee is deducted from each withdrawal. There is no minimum amount.

Event isn't live

  • In Booth Editor, turn Live on. The public URL appears when it is on. If Live is off, visitors see Coming Soon.
  • Click Publish so the latest design is on that URL (Publish Ticket Booth).
  • Turn Show in Ticket Booth on for at least one ticket type, or the tickets section will be empty.
  • On the home Dashboard, the event card menu Publish also turns the booth on. Unpublish is blocked if there are completed sales.
  • Share the Event Page Link (`yourorg.typid.ph/your-event`), not a Preview URL.
