How to Add a Photo to a Ticket

1. Open your Event Dashboard.
2. In the left sidebar (or bottom nav on mobile), go to Ticket Design.
3. Select the ticket you want to customize from the list on the left.

The photo appears as the background image on the ticket card in your Ticket Booth (the public storefront where buyers see tickets).

1. Select your ticket

   Click the ticket in the Tickets list. The Design panel opens below with color settings, background image, and sidebar label options.

2. Add a background image

   In the Background Image section, click Choose from Assets (the dashed upload area).

   This opens the Choose from Assets picker. From there you can:

   • Pick an existing image from your organizer image library, or
   • Upload a new image using Upload images in the picker.

   Images must come from your Assets library, the same files used for booth hero, seat plan, and other event graphics. You can also upload images ahead of time in the Assets tab.

3. Preview your ticket

   Use Live Preview on the right to see how the ticket looks on:

   • Mobile
   • Tablet
   • Desktop

   If no image is set, the preview shows a soft gradient placeholder. Once you pick an image, it fills the photo area of the ticket card.
