Hi, I'm Jem, the event organizer of Himaya by The Lord's Vineyard. Organizing Himaya was meaningful—but behind the scenes, managing the event operations and finances was honestly overwhelming. Even before payments were fully confirmed, ticket orders were instantly recorded in the system. This meant:

On event day, QR codes were generated for each attendee, making attendance registration smooth and fast. Scanning replaced notebooks—and the difference was huge.

We used Typid Events' evaluation page to see all expenses in one place. For the first time, we could clearly understand:

• Where the money went
• The total event cost
• How ticket sales compared to expenses

4. Smarter GCash Verification with OCR

One of the biggest pain points was GCash payment verification. Typid Events solved this by detecting GCash reference numbers through OCR, ensuring:

• The uploaded image is truly a GCash receipt
• No random or unrelated images are submitted
• Payments are easier to confirm and match to attendees
